For recruiters
You say what you're looking for in 60 seconds. People answer on camera, and their answers come back to you as a grid you watch. Do the whole thing in a browser, or do it in the app — both work, and it's the same account either way.
Your first role is free and needs no seat. See pricing
Two ways in
Neither is the lesser version. The role, the brief and the answers are the same on both, because it's one account and one set of data behind them.
Open facemeet-hiring.netlify.app, sign in with Google, Apple or your email, post the role and record the 60‑second brief with the camera on your laptop. Nothing to install.
iPhone or Android. Better if you'd rather hold the camera, or you're between meetings. Same sign‑in, same roles, and answers reach you as notifications.
On desktop
You need a webcam and a microphone, and to allow the browser to use them when it asks.
Continue with Google, continue with Apple, or your email and password. Use the same account as the app — if you already have one, that's the one.
Role title, company, location, and a paragraph on what you need in your own words. That is the whole form.
The recorder opens right after you create the role. Sixty seconds with a countdown on screen, and you can re-record until you're happy with it.
Your video is checked, then the role is live. Your roles list shows where each one stands.
On your phone
iPhone or Android. Sign up with your work email — it takes a minute and it's free.
Thirty seconds saying who you are and who you hire for. Candidates watch this before they decide to answer you, so it matters.
Title, one paragraph, remote, hybrid or onsite, sector, and a salary range. Then record a 60‑second pitch for the role — the thing you'd actually say across a table.
Your video goes through a quick check, then the role is live and we start bringing you people.
What to say on camera
The recording is the reason someone stops scrolling and answers. The best ones sound like a person, not a posting.
Your name, the company, and what it does in one sentence.
What this person will be handed in their first month. Specific beats impressive.
The two or three things that genuinely matter — and say what doesn't, so the wrong people self-select out.
Tell them you'll watch their answer yourself. That's why they'll bother.
Then what
Open the role and you're looking at faces, best answers first. Every tile is a video you can play.
Each person records a fresh answer to your brief. If someone hasn't, you see their profile video instead and the tile tells you so.
Open one and you get the fit, the evidence behind it, what's missing, and a transcript of what they said.
Copy a link and send it to a colleague. They don't need an account to watch it.
Two Sparks books it and they're notified on their phone. The candidate is never charged.
Worth knowing
It needs no seat. A seat is for running more than one role at a time — pricing is here.
Post at your desk, check the answers on your phone, or the other way round. It's the same role.
Nothing is saved until you accept a take, and you can replace a brief afterwards.
Roughly 90 members and 5 live roles today. We'd rather tell you that than let you find out.
Free, no seat, and about five minutes from an empty form to a brief people can answer.
