Refund Policy

FaceMeet sells platform-controlled dating features: subscriptions, Spark credits, and Spark bundles. FaceMeet does not allow user-to-user payments, tipping, creator payouts to ordinary users, paid private video purchases, paid live cam activity, escort services, compensated dating, or adult-content transactions.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions such as Spark+ or Gold renew until canceled. You may cancel through app settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and you keep active benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Spark credits and bundles
Spark credits and Spark bundles are digital credits used for FaceMeet Spark Sessions and related platform features. Unused bundle credits do not expire unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Non-refundable used digital credits
Used Spark credits, completed Spark Sessions, consumed bundle credits, and elapsed subscription periods are generally non-refundable because they are digital services delivered when used or during the paid access period.
Refund review process
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a billing issue, or could not access paid features due to a technical problem, contact support@facemeet.app. Include your account email, charge date, last four digits of the payment card if available, and a short explanation. FaceMeet reviews refund requests case by case.
Policy violations
Payments do not allow violation of FaceMeet policies. Accounts or content connected to nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, escort services, paid dating, harassment, abuse, scams, spam, fake profiles, CSAM, child sexual exploitation, or illegal content may be restricted or removed without refund where permitted by law.
