FaceMeet is a video-first dating and matchmaking platform. FaceMeet is not an adult entertainment platform, not a webcam marketplace, not an escort marketplace, not a creator-payout platform, not a paid private-video platform, not a tipping platform, not a user monetization platform, and not a marketplace for compensated dating.
What users can buy
- Subscriptions such as Spark+ or Gold, billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
- Spark credits or Spark bundles, which are one-time purchases used for FaceMeet platform features.
- Platform-controlled access to dating features operated by FaceMeet.
What users cannot buy or sell
FaceMeet does not allow user-to-user payments, tipping, paid private videos, paid live cam activity, paid messages, escort services, prostitution, paid dating, compensation-based dating, adult entertainment, creator adult content, OnlyFans-style promotion, or user monetization. In plain terms: no user-to-user payments, no tipping, and no paid private videos.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Users can cancel in app settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past paid periods.
Spark credits and bundles
Spark credits and bundles are digital credits for platform-controlled dating features. Used digital credits are generally non-refundable. Unused credits remain available according to the applicable plan or promotion.
Creator and referral promotions
FaceMeet may run marketing referral or affiliate-style creator promotions. These promotions are for helping FaceMeet acquire verified members and are not adult creator monetization, user-to-user payments, tipping, paid private video, paid live cam activity, or ordinary user payouts.
