By downloading, installing, or using FaceMeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use FaceMeet. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FaceMeet.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FaceMeet. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate other individuals. FaceMeet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your video profile must show your real face recorded live on camera. You may not use pre-recorded videos, photos, filters that significantly alter your appearance, or videos of other people. By uploading a video, you grant FaceMeet a non-exclusive license to display it to other users of the platform.
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or harm other users; post false or misleading information; use the service for commercial solicitation; attempt to access other users accounts; use automated bots or scripts; engage in any illegal activity; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
FaceMeet prohibits nudity, sexually explicit content, pornographic content, sexual solicitation, escort services, prostitution, paid dating, compensation-based dating, OnlyFans-style promotion, adult entertainment, creator adult content, paid private videos, paid live cam activity, tipping, user-to-user payments, user monetization, scams, spam, fake profiles, CSAM, child sexual exploitation, and illegal content.
Spark Sessions are live 3-minute video calls between matched users. All participants must conduct themselves respectfully. Inappropriate behavior during Spark Sessions may result in immediate account termination. FaceMeet does not record Spark Sessions.
Paid features including Spark+ and Gold subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Spark bundles are one-time purchases and used digital credits are non-refundable. FaceMeet payments are platform-controlled only and do not permit user-to-user payments, tipping, paid private-video purchases, paid live cam activity, escort services, compensated dating, or ordinary user payouts. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers.
FaceMeet and its logo, design, and features are the intellectual property of FaceMeet. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
FaceMeet is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. FaceMeet may terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
